[Gospelchristianity] kids curriculum

Ok, here I am again. I have been goofing around not making a
decision about how to continue with the kids curriculum. I need to
get some feedback from those of you with kids about what you want.
We finished Volume 1 of kids quest. There are two more volumes. I
can order the next if we want to continue with this. One
complicating factor is the wide range of ages of the kids. The
curriculum we ordered is technically for preschoolers so it is a
little below the level of some of the kids. There is an elemenrtay
version for the olders but I'm just not sure its practical to do both
because the elementary one covers many more catechism questions each
week so its hard to teach both at the same time. I think it might be
best to stick with what we've been using and allow the older girls to
be helpers/hang out with Emily or whatever. Mallory is kind of in
the middle so I'm not sure. I can order the leaders guide for $12 to
give to our sitter and then I would need to order a student pack that
contains the activity pages for each week's lesson. These are $10
each. If you guys want to continue in this direction I was thinking
you could tell me which kids you wanted me to order one for and I
will place the order ASAP. I think it is reasonable that they do the
catechism thing for 30-45 min and then have some free play. I am not
sure if it is reasonable to expect the sitters to do the catchism
teaching and keep up with some of the 1-3 year olds.
Anyway, please let me know any feedback, ideas, desires for the
"children's ministry" of our small group!
Thanks,
Courtney
